Colonel's Message 

TO ALL,

 As we approach six months since the attacks of September I will be sending
the message below to all members of USACE. Our thoughts and prayers have
been with Bud Kiefer and his family over the loss of his son, FDNY
Firefighter Michael. The fund described below has been started by members
of the district in honor of Michael. I ask you all to consider donating
to this worthwhile fund in honor of Michael's service and as a sign of our
appreciation and friendship for Bud.
